Brief bug summary: Kanna's level 3 link skill doesn't apply

More information:
Level 2 link skill works, and shows the level 2 effect:

Steps to reproduce:
1. Level a Kanna to 210
2. Open Link Manager from another character and link the skill.

Character name: DTOT2
Character level: 210
Character job: Kanna

    Where does it say that it's supposed to have level 3?

    The balance changes to Hayato and Kanna from TMS also introduced the level 3 link skill to Kanna, but the link skill works just fine in TMS.

    Regardless of what TMS did, the master level should've tipped you off immediately.

    Can you check the stat window if the link skill adds 15% damage? (just to see if it is doing what it is suppose to despite the wrong skill description)

    GMS never had the Kanna link skill level 3. I used to be a Kanna main and my Kanna is level 210.
