Nova update, cant receive the the gift

I was trying to progress in the nova event to receive the rewards, it went fine till the 3rd reward, but the 4th now isn't accepting to be received, I its showing me in the upper indicator in the top of the page as 4 rewards, and in the line of circles its only showing 3, what should I do to receive the 4th reward?

    I have the Same problem i click on the gift box notifier but nothing happend no gift received and Nexon say they gonna fixed but nothing is been fix so far. I pay to to buy nx but nexon didnt fix my problem, and i have this problem with the halloween event too please help

    i allready did that and it has showd me i progressed 4 gifts but in the claim area it doesnt want to show me my claim, as u can see
    i allready have 4 upside, then only 3 down side....

    If this happened to me I would change browsers and see if that changed anything. Does it make a difference if you attempt to claim it from chrome, Firefox or Internet Explorer?

    Not saying it will change anything, but worth trying.

    I passed this on to the team for discussion.

    yeah I'm having a problem as well only i can't get past the forth reward... asked maplestory support no help so far...

    now i have tryed them all (firefox, IE, Edge, Torch) is thre any other browser i should try?

    I'm having a problem where I can't claim the rewards in game... I log in-game and I can't click on the gift icon on the left side of my screen

    I can no longer share at all and neither can my friends. It can't be the browser if everyone seems to be having issues.

    in my case i have done up to the 8th stg but the number 6 doesnt show as done one the circle, it says i have 8/15 done but the circle isnt red and with the check mark , will i still receive the reward?

    welp, customer support only got me to step 8 i had message them everyday for a week, and now they are just gonna close it and mark it as fixed even though it's not fixed .......

    I’ve tried to participate and I cannot even claim any rewards, it says my account is not eligible but it is. It’s definitely a broken page. I hope it gets fixed so I don’t miss out completely! :(

    I have the same problem, but yours says 15/15 complete. Mine is like this

    I just figured it out. If you're stuck on the art one like I am you actually have to go into the art section under cadena or illium and ACTUALLY download the art. There is a big blue button that says "Get the art here". Click it, it'll download to a zip, and you should get the complete for it. That was a stupid idea on Nexon's part... but that's what I did to fix it. Why it's not a "SHARE TO GET CREDIT" thing, I do not know. So lame -.-

    i did both options, Donloaded the art, and shared the page!!....

    but im still facing the same problem

    i can also see that u are missing to do a task as it show you at the upper line 14/15,
    but for me its sayinf for me that i completed the 15 tasks... but att he reciveing gifts.. its not giving me the chance to get the gift ingame...

    any clue
