Lmao I set the alarm for the exact time and it's now 10 minutes later. Still can't use it. I also just realised that it's a RANDOM TIME after 24 hours so idk even when I can do it ;-;

If the cooldown was exactly 24 hours after deletion I think I could manage with the change, but 24 hours plus an additional undisclosed, random amount of time to reuse a name (for crying out loud) is just PURE EVIL.
