can start maplestory after latest patch

at first, it tells me to update and after i click play when its oranges and in it turns grey, then it changes back to orange, and when i click it again it says "the product is already in use" and i have been wait for a very long time. i have a really decent laptop and this has never happened to me before

    I've submitted a ticket to technical support, GM ereduin gave me the advice to close Maplestory and Nexon Launcher with task manager and try restarting the game.
    However this did not work.
    I've send a reply and am now waiting for an answer.
    I'll keep you up-to-date if they find a solution to the problem.

    and now nexon launcher says product in use even though it's not, i redl launcher and maple (with bad internet such a pain) now i can't even finish breakthrough after i charged more nx for a 2x card

    QUICKFIX:

    1:go to your c: drive where the nexon game files are saved.
    2:Delete these files.
    3:Go to the Nexon Launcher.
    4:Reinstall the game ( this might take a while cause its 10 GB).
    *note: make sure you delete the old files cause it will cause trouble otherwise*

    this worked for me.

    it was fixed because of a direct x update, so i bought a 2x card to use for 15 minutes before a F*CKING USC WHICH RESETS ALL BURNING

    edit NEVER MIND i dc'd in horntail on rune and exp buff and it came back
