Unable to open Tier1 box of Super Nova event AGAIN

Bug type: Functionality

Brief bug summary: I received the Tier 1 box from the Super Nova Event (containing the Royal Hair coupon). Upon double clicking on the item to redeem it, i am giving the message from Kibble that i have "Already received the reward".

More details: This has occurred in the last Takeover event
