hi, i got the breakthrough 12 star scroll and i badly would like to use it oin a tyrant cape, can anyone super awesome and strong help me through hmag?

    Sadly you can't use the scroll on the cape.
    You can only use it on normal EQ

    Yeah but heavens alive if we could use it on tyrants... i would have spent the NX on PSoK so fast XD
