Just wondering how name change coupon works.

This is my first time using it. So I bought the coupon and made sure the new name is available (by pressing the check button), i received the coupon in my CS inv but I cannot withdraw it. When I exit out of Cs and came back in, the coupon disappeared. Is this normal....?

    The Character Name Change item will remain in your Cash Inventory within the Cash Shop.
    It does say the coupon is supposed to stay in the cash shop. However, I can tell you with pretty good confidence that the request went through. This is just some weird bug in which it disappears when you leave the CS. I went on to live chat the last time they released these and I was told it still went through even though it disappeared for me.
