Marriage Item

I have an item for marriage but never successfully got married so the item is still in my inventory. I can't drop it, trade it, sell it, or do anything. It just stays in my inventory and I really want that slot for other items. The item is called "Approval for Officiation". Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

    I have something like that called a premium wedding receipt. I maxed out slots so i never really ran into that problem of running out of space so I forgot about it

    I'm trying to max out the etc slots but currently I don't have a way to do so and this makes it hard to train since the slots are always full and I want to get the items.
