Illium Pre-Creation Additional Items???

So when they say "you have chance to receive additional items," they meant 0.0001% chance to get one of the additional items at all or something?
I opened my pre-creation boxes and the only thing that came out are the guarenteed items and no additional items.
Is this bug, or is NX being NX again?

    I'm sure someone's mule account got the additional items. I only opened 1 of the 4 boxes so hey, I might get it. But I'd put my money on getting struck by lightning over that

    Opened them all, got the guaranteed items but no additional items. I thought it would be getting one item out of the bunch but nope.

    Still haven't opened mine. Would have been nice to get the guaranteed items and one random item from the list.
    I'm not even sure if it means you get one of the "additional" items instead of the "guaranteed" item.

    Either way, it's a bit of a bummer.

    I only got the guaranteed items on every characters I claimed it. I guess I am just unlucky.
