    just go to the character modification section in the CS

    If it's on sale you should also be able to find it in the "Discounted Items" section.

    Looked through all the tabs, still nothing. Went to the daily deals and see the hyper rock thats also promoted but nothing for pendant.

    NVM I didnt read close enough. It's for non reboot only :(
