Illium hp/mp bars

I'm not sure if this is happening to anyone else, but every time I log in on my illium some of the hp & mp bar is down as if I got attacked. This happened even when I fully healed and logged off. I logged back in to notice the bars didn't remain fully healed.

Level: 197

Bug Type: I'm not sure what you'd classify this under.
Bug summary: Illium hp & mp bars don't stay fully healed upon log out.

Steps to reproduce:
Log onto illium and notice the hp/mp bars are not full.
Use a healing potion. (I used a power elixir.)
Log off and relog into illium. Observe the bars have returned to their partially healed state without having been attacked by anything.

    Which map are you logging in?
    Do you have the Winter Card Collection buff toggled on?

    Edit: On my Illium when I have the Winter Card Collection Buff on it does this, it is due to the buff activating after logging in.

    I do have the Winter Card Collection buff active. Thanks for clearing this up for me.
