Looking for ability trainer

Google says goto maple story admin to unlock the quest's but when I goto her in the town hall it doesn't say anything about ability quests. I was just wondering what I'm missing or what I have to do? I'm a Demon Avenger if that matters at all. Any help would be appreciated.

    You can find it by clicking on the lightbulb on the left. You should see the quest 'first ability-eye opener.'
