Not obtaining any more facial expresions

I have been leveling up my traits, but i keep leveling up charm and i dont get new facial expresion, i only have the first 4 and i should have way more than that since my charm is currently level 73

    Are you doing the quests from the lady in Henesys? (or are you saying the quests are not popping up?)

    You need to go find NPC Lana in Henesys Market.

    Pretty sure the facial expressions you got before were also from the same lady and you just completely forgot that you need to do quests for them. >.>
