Client Crashing/Freezing/Not Responding

Hey guys, Im stuck here.

Game keeps crashing upon Log in, after I've chosen my character. I get a glimpse of the map i spawn in on, and my character is up in the air. My client immediately freezes, and goes into the "Not Responding" state. This has been happening on all characters, In all worlds. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game on 2 separate hard drives, with full re-boots after so. I checked my firewall and ensured the maplestory.exe client was unrestricted. Any thoughts on what issue I am experiencing?

    I have the same exact issue and I tried everything Nexon support threw at me, still no fix.

    Even removing updates from Win10 didn't work.

    I have the same problem and the only way that i know to fix it is restarting my pc. It's really annoying >.<

    i tried this and it didnt work. is there any other fixes?

    Dealing with freezing too. First it was the game constantly freezing. I mean I would go on my account, choose my character, then after 1 attack at a monster they all stand there in the same spot and it would usually crash. Its continuously gotten worse to were it's freezing sooner, now it won't even let me get to the actual game play before it stops responding and crashing. I've tried adjusting my firewall, re-downloading the game, re-downloading the launcher, restarting my computer, it doesn't matter.

    lol , i can't even reach the channel selection, its white screen when game appear then crash immediately
