Arcane Symbol can't gain exp

After today's maintenance, i ran muto pq and tried to add those 15 new symbols to my Already Lvl 18 ChuChu but a ''Blue Box message'' appeared saying :
The equipped Arcane Symbol cannot gain any more EXP.
When i look at my Lvl 18 ChuChu i can see Item EXP: 10/0 ( 0%) instead of 10/335 meaning i already added 10 into it from yesterday after i got it levled from 17 to 18.
I never had any problems before with my symbols. I have a 2nd Vanishing Journey Symbol EXP 44/335 , a 2nd Lachelein Symbol EXP 56/75 but this 2nd ChuChu EXP 10/0.

Is there anyone else this happened too?

    Once happen to me, I don't remember which one, but relogging or unequipping fixes it.

    UPDATE: I did a 3rd ChuChu symbol , lvled to 2 (equiped it in the slot) and i tried to fuse the glitched lvl 18 to it and IT WORKED !! The new lvl 18 symbol say 25/335 now !!
