Scania, Windia, Bera, and all the other worlds besides Reboot are the same except for their population. Some have more, some have less.

Reboot is different, and the main differences are that there is no trading and that all non-cosmetic Cash Shop items (except pets and their skills) are either available for meso or not available at all.

All the servers are located in California, so the latency is the same to them all. The more populated servers get more laggy during 2x events or other busy times, but it's not usually noticeable now that summer is over.

    Short answer: ignore it.

Long answer: Because it's the newest server (apart from Reboot). Whenever Nexon added a server, they would mark it as "recommended" so it would get more players. They just haven't removed that recommendation from Renegades even though it's been years now and that server is now part of the GRAZED server-alliance.

I'm sorry that I ask a lot of questions but one more question: Which is better for me to play for me to have less lag GMS or EMS (I live in Israel)

Oddly enough, even though Europe is closer, I think the transatlantic cable and better backbone in North America would actually give you better latency to GMS. Besides, EMS right now is in limbo, waiting for migration, with no software updates and apparently hardly any support. I would not start playing there now.
