Ark - Burning character lost burning effect

Hi,

Earlier today I shared the maplestory tweet to get the burning effect item. I got the item, used in on a level 30 character, leveled to level 60 real quick. I dc' ed, and when I came back, i lost the burning effect. I'm now level 64, so I tried 4 more levels if i would get the triple level, but I didn't. Any help?

    I redeemed my gift from Ark yet after i used it on my Mercedes (level 11 at the time) the game crashed and when i logged back in and started playing, my mercedes levels only 1 level per time.

    Bug type: Mega Character Burninator not working
    Brief bug summary:
    I redeemed my gift from Ark transfered it to cadenajoe1 i used it and when i leveled i only went up 1 level up from 64 to 65.

    Same, burning effect stopped working after relogging the character.

    I too have the same issue as stated above here. I burned the desired character and upon logging off and then logging back on, the burning affect was removed.

    same for my burning is bug in lvl up , w is happen , not only is in burnin char , too arcane symbol is bugg , please fix this gms

    Yeah I've had this happen as well. Doesn't anyone know when the bug is going to be fixed?

    I logged out to see if I have any MVP EXP buff on other character, and the burning effect was gone.
