Bon Voyage 2 issue

The Commerci Bon Voyage 2 tutorail quest wont let me ship out. I have the Denaros, select 2 soaps, then click ship and nothing at all happens.

    Found out what was wrong. Turns out the game doesnt tell you that you cant do those quests in a party. I just left my party and the tutorial quest worked
