Ark pre-creation box

So if i create the Ark character now will i get the box today or only on the 28th?
I probably missed it somewhere, but i'd like to know if i can redeem it on my main, or is it only for Ark.

    If it's the same as the Illium pre-create, you can redeem it on any character of the same account + world.

    Redeem it on any character in the world after the maintenance on the 28th
