Game closing after Wizet Logo

Game immediatly closes after Wizet Logo, I dont know what to do... already uninstalled the game and reinstalled it and also set this soscreenmode to "3" still it crashes always after the wizet logo

    Unscheduled update, check the main website. There is no ETA when they will be finished, it had something to do with the recent update.

    Yea but are you from Europe and playing on the NA servers? If so, the game first tries to connect to Europe (Luna) and that's what's causing the crash. If not then I'm afraid I have no clue.

    is the luna server up already because I still get this error

    "You cannot access the game for one of the following reasons:
    1)the game world is down for maintance
    2)you are accessing the game from a banned IP
    3)Your internet connection is not stable"
