Can't solve something when they don't know what's wrong. >.>
*EDIT: Would make it easier if you explained your problem better with proper spelling. Took me a while to understand that you meant that the "Are you ready to exit?" pops up when you choose a channel. Think that's usually a problem that happens if you don't connect to the server properly at World select. Try checking your internet and firewalls.
In addition, this is a global game. There is no reason to belittle someone who appears, based on grammar, to not be a native English speaker.
That's interesting to know, cause I've done a lot of character hoping in short period of times and don't recall getting the message. The times I remember getting it is if my internet dces for like 2secs and the connection to the server is completely lost and I try to log back in, that's why I mentioned the internet/fire wall thing.
I normally don't belittle people for bad English, my main problem is along with not following the bug guideline, the op puts very little information and said information (at least to me) was very hard to understand, which was compounded by the fact that the op had spelling errors. Basically, to me, what the op did was say, "I have a problem, fix it," with no other details (yes a bit extreme, but my point). How are people suppose to help with your problem if you don't tell them what your problem is?
The other issue is that, like you've said that you never get it at the first time you log in, I'm assuming the op probably misstated his problem, which will make it even hard for everyone else to help him.
Problem is apparently the op is getting the message upon opening the MS client and trying to pick a channel, not when switching characters. (Or so it seems from what the op said, unless he left out that info also.)
