My character ItalianBuff is stuck on Reboot in the Alien Prison in NLC

    Talk to the guard (by clicking on it through the bars) and sweet talk him into springing you free.

    That's assuming you're in the quest line.
    From things I've seen on reddit, it seems sometimes people get randomly teleported into that jail cell. Possibly by GMs, possibly by bugged code. If that is the case, one needs to either talk to Live Chat to be let out, or find some teleporting quest in the lightbulb that will still work in that cell.

    For those still stuck in NLC alien prison, first submit a ticket to customer support. Then leave a comment here with your ticket number, IGN, and your world.

    My character Lukiieh (Scania) is stuck in Alien Base: General cel of holding. Was training during 2exp and got teleported there.

    Renegades server my character sades21 is been stuck there and I dont have anything to transport me to a different place. tried talking to alien but nothing happens I can't even use the portal. Pls help. I was catching monster in Alien base and suddenly got transported to the cell and now Im stuck.

    I'm in Europe server on Luna's world (only world in europe ver) my name is Comma and I was doing the questline but roborider wasn't attacking and i relogged to try and fix it but it only got me stuck there
