  Yes. Any elemental weapon that is not for your element will incur a damage penalty.
  There is, unfortunately, no Holy staff or wand. So all of them, #7 included, are bad for bishops.

  I can't see any description that says that in game. Also, https://forum.maplelegends.com/index.php?threads/mage-guide-elemental-wands-staffs.3671/ says bishop can use any. Are you sure there is no update that change it so bishop can use it?
