can't go to act 3 in monad :(((

I can't go to act 3 in Monad and I also didn't receive the eyeful's chest or the alika's knight thing either.
Something slightly unrelated to this is that every 10 to 20 minutes or so, maplestory crashed on me or it took me back to the character selection screen when I was in the middle of doing something.
