Crashing when trying to access cash shop

Every time I open it a runtime error pops up. Anyone know the reason for that?

    Change your hair to previous style. Report back to me if this fixes it thanks.

    I do not even remember using a hair coupon, and that made it so I can't restore to previous hair, unfortunately.

    It actually worked, Neruonomi, just change your hairstyle at Amoria and it should work.

    What was the exact name of the Hairstyle in question that was causing you to crash?
