[Stuck]19000-680505 in open snowfield (Monad ark)

help I'm stuck in open snowfield and I can't leave , the only two places I can go is the area before fighting the snowstorm monster and the place with the monster. I have tried to telport , accept quest that would move your character but none of those worked , I've also tried to fight off the monster but i dont deal enough damage to beat it in time.

    Same here... I'm an outlaw and I don't have enough bullets left to fight, and even if I had I'm not sure I could finish the fight in 30 minutes.

    Same issue, been stuck there for 4 days now, I've spoken to live support and sent multiple tickets. The gm I spoke to on live support tried to /m me out of the map but it apparently does not work
