Shade attacks glitch

Bug type: gameplay

Brief bug summary: ive entered some bosses (captain latanica, some commerci boss cutscene, and also some mobs) and my attack didnt hit the monsters for some reason.
ive wasted some much time on redoing the prequests for ghost ship badge and its kinda frustrating.
*** and im currently stuck at "Commerci Republic - Assassins Den Interior" since i cant hit and kill the mini boss ***

Character name: AgentBarry

Character level: 146

Character job: Shade

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: all the week.

no, there is no mention of shade bugs in that link.

But I am asking whether you have those symptoms in addition to your bugs.
Can you harvest veins or plants?
Do you see enemy names and HP bars when you attack?

i dont have those. i cant see the HP bars of the monsters i cant hit. i did try to restart though. didnt work for me.
