Any tips on how to beat Act 3 Fembris?

His fire breath one-shots me, his fire from the ground almost 1-shots me, his DANGER attack 2-shots me, and just him dashing 1-shots me (most annoying thing). I can dodge the other 3 but if him jumping and dashing is gonna 100>0 me, idk what to do.

    The strategy I used was to do as much damage as possible, because it seems that when you do a certain amount of damage the fishermen guys will throw nets out, and if they land it'll stun Fembris for a good period of time, I cleared as a 160 Bishop
