Black Heaven Act 2

I was doing the Black heaven questline Act 2, and when i get farewell from the explorers tree and go to the Lumiere ship and want to start the second act, the screen turns white and nothing happen.

    This doesn't just happen for black heaven. This also happens for other storylines such as ark's' cutscene and friendstory. I can't go into my Night Lord anymore because of that. I'm pretty sure this is a bug.
