[Reboot] My Hair Disappeared

Brief bug summary:
My character had the Yellow Filling hair from the Royal Hair Coupon selection, but when I logged on this evening, I noticed on the character selection screen that he was bald. And on logging in, rather than my selected hair, he now has a Black Toben. I never changed the style, nor did I dye my hair. I did not save the Yellow Filling hair as I was very satisfied with it and my Beauty Salon slots were full. All my other hairstyles are still saved, and my face has not changed.It took me a lot of tries and money to get the Filling hair and I am in a bit of a panic.

More details:
I was AFK for a considerable amount of time in the First Maple Tree discovery map and then took a few hours break off line prior to logging in.

    I am having the same issue, logged in today, my hair used to be Black Tristan and now its Black Toben, it seems to also be causing runtime errors whenever I enter Cash Shop

    This happened to me just now. I had the Dracula hair on my character. On character select, I was bald. Upon logging in, I had toben hair.

    Had this happen just today, from colored Unkempt hair to Black Toben. I'll contact customer support to hopefully get it fixed, but I imagine folks would be happy if this got fixed soon.
