ARK COINS: DO NOT DELETE OUR PROGRESS.
When we have Ark Coins in the Ark Coin Meter, don't just disregard OUR hard work and delete our coins. Please consider that we each have real-life responsibilities and not everyone will meet YOUR expectations. Not ALL of us put Maplestory as #1 in our lives and keep deadlines fresh in our minds. In all practicality, some of us are too busy in the real-world that put Maplestory at the bottom of the list. If we are lucky enough, in some days it might be on the top of the list.
For example. Some people only have 1 day off per week with 1-2 hours given to play Maplestory (maybe less). Is that enough time to log on and appreciate the game? Not everyone is mindful about this game.
Please consider giving us a window to redeem those coins. Please apply this to future events. Just don't delete our progress.

What this guy said. You were told specific end dates. It's not your fault you can't take like 10 minutes to accept coins lmfao. However I am mad that they didn't give us more ways to obtain ark coins despite them extending the shop

MMO's are like second lives, if you only have 1-2 hours to play a day, well, that's still fine, you can make minor progress, but don't expect the devs to work around those people, the way they get their money is from the hardcore people who put 6-8+ hours in a day, hell, there's even items which if you play 3+ hours a day or more you get exp bonuses until next reset. (and titles for playing 3 hours in 1 session)
There were two events that allowed us to convert our old coins from old events in the current coins at a certain ratio. Would that be something that would make you not as upset? There were times where I racked up coins but took forever to decide what to buy
The problem isn't the coins.
It's the meter that was in the bottom right of the screen and charged up "Ark Points" into coins.
Some people didn't claim their coins out of it every day.
And many people weren't at their computers at the stroke of UTC midnight on the day the meter disappeared, to click it right at the last moment.
While the end dates for the various coin-earning events were in the update notes, there was no mention of the charging bar becoming inaccessible.
I agree that Nexon should bring it back to allow people to redeem their last coins before the shop closes.
While I understand the frustration, you had a whole day to max coins with various ways to do so quickly, and then redeem them right afterwards. If you just afked and then didn't come back before the event ended then that's on you.
