Cardcaptor Sakura, Maple World's Cutest Monster 2
Cactus & Royal Cactus are determined as not tamable monsters, even tried going into royal cactus area, and area with only cactus, event description says cactus desert 2 and it's just not possible to tame these.

(and I tried to lower their hp with a familiar, and couldn't capture them. muddy swamp monsters were capturable very easily, these are 100% uncatchable)

Yes, I get a message there's no tamable monster in the area when I attempt. It's not the too strong one, it's there's no tamable monster in the area... So impossible.
make sure it is the right green mob (Royal cactus) not the other one

I know which mob it is, There's a different message when you can capture it. It doesn't work for me.
edit: it seems to work now.
Because I tried in royal cactus desert and got same message, but now it works in cac des2 and royal cac desert, it was just bugged til I relogged I guess
