Is there a use for Rebirth Flames?

The plain ones with the weird level restrictions that don't allow rerolling.
Pretty much everything drops with Bonus Stats assigned (except Violet Hoflons, which the Flames refuse to apply to?), so you can't use them on anything.
Is there a use for them I haven't noticed? Or are they just junk?

    Not completely sure since I've never done it myself, but think you're suppose to use a scroll extractor to get flame parts to craft Powerful/Eternal Flames.

    Lv flames are designed only for old equipment to get bonus stats cheaply (due to the cube/scroll already spent on it)
    You either buy an equipment with good bonus stats, or you get multiple copies of the equipment and fuse them until you get something good.
    If the equipment is rare or extremely hard to get, then you resort to using powerful/eternal flames.

    The 110-140 ones can be mashed up with a Scroll Extractor in order to get the fragments needed to craft Powerful and Eternal Flames. Otherwise, no, there isn't much use for them. =(

    150 can also, technically, be mashed up too, but those ones are a bit more useful for flaming CRA gear.

    True, but if you use a 150 flame, you have 0 chance on getting level 7 bonus stats. =l
