Luminous Augury quests

I'm a level 89 Luminous and I just finished the quest "Safe and Secure." I should be getting a level 74 quest called "Joining the fight" but I'm unable to do so. When I talk to Vieran, he tells me to complete the remaining augury quests that I have already done. There are no more Luminous quests in my available quests section. What should I do now?
