Epic Pot Scrolls [Reboot]

How would I go about getting my hands on some epic pot scrolls?

I read daily quests from Yu Garden gave coins to buy these scrolls from a shop thee, but when I visited the shop the EPS were not listed.

Can someone tell me if it's because I haven't finished all the quests in Yu Garden?

Or is it because the were removed? -- and if so where can I find/buy EPS?

    Monster Exploration, King's Castle (Von Leon area) dailies, Mu Lung Dojo (I think, not sure), Legion Coin Shop, a few other odd places.

    But by far (imo) the easiest way is to kill elite bosses. (The boxes can drop them.)
    Or go into bounty portals. (The bags drop them)
    I usually end up with a few epots each day just from grinding.

    As i am new i have not heard of Monster exporation and Kings Castle and I dont have enough characters for legion,
    so i have a few things to work on when i log in again.

    Best method I know- channel surf Bye Bye Station. Meso farmers usually leave Elite Bosses there after they spawn.
    As for Yu Garden, just cc until the shop has them. Each channel is randomized.
    And finally, Ursus shop sells them as well.
