After bieng kicked from a guld due to the lack of activity I've seen this message nonstop, every time I cross a portal, change chanel, log into the game, visiting the cash shop.
Doesn't matter what I press on it, it's still appearing.
Tried to find help on google, support team, and no solution was giving yet (3 weeks have passed)

It doesn't open and I'm not interested on what it contains. I just want a GM to delete it

That notifier is actually bugged. As Dtx said, it doesn't open.

When I posted the problem I already had more than 3 weeks with it. Waiting on each maintenance to be fixed.
Ty for that insight. Apologies that I didn't remember that, but it didn't help that the op (for this thread) made a completely new thread instead of bumping the original thread, hence why I assumed it was a problem that just occurred recently based off the information I had on hand.
