Hasty Hunting box no reward

As title says I just finished it an hour before end of week 1 tried to claim the reward but after opening the box I did get nothing, it just disappeared.

    I have a similar issue, i finished the first quest box early on, received the reward and aquired the quest to start with the second quest.
    However, as i started killing some mobs today i noticed i wasn't making any progress on the second quest. I checked and it was already completed despite having just accepted the quest, i thought it was a glitch but tried to accept the reward. i Received the eternal flame of rebirth and the chair but i don't seem to have a way of claiming the title.

    It was cet -1 (living in UK) I turned the quest in around 8:30 am

    Reset is at midnight UTC, which is the same as GMT when Summer Time is not in use.
    8:30 UK time is therefore 8:30 server time, 8.5 hours after reset.

    Ok then why I didn't receive any reward? for week 2 should be chair but I didn't get anything and don't have that quest anymore

    Because you didn't do the 2nd week quest. You did the 1st but it expired before you finished it.

    I don't get it, game indicated that there is still 2h left to finish the quest. Nothing more to expect from nexon
