It's simply not there. Reboot server. Not sure about other worlds.

    so i made a kaiser today and it seems that the basic skill "dragon link" is missing

    dragon link is not a link skill, it's an actual skill

    I made a kaiser yesterday and i am also missing the dragon link skill in the basic skill section.

    I am also playing on Reboot server.

    Can confirm this issue too. Kaiser's basic dragon link skill 'exclamation mark' is nowhere to be found in the Beginner tab.
