Reboot Tenebris Expedition Ring Coupon (Stage 2)

So a couple days ago i like many others got the coupon for the 2nd stage of the tenebris ring but for the last couple off days i have been trying to activate it. with no luck so far and i was wondering if it were a common bug or maybe something i was missing. i already have the stage 1 ring and i have it in my equip bag.

    did you try using the scroll on the ring? equip the ring and drag the scroll onto the equip UI

    Reboot doesn't get scrolls.
    They get a second ring which replaces the first.
