    I also have that same issue as well and it has been well over 30 minutes since reset happened. Tried on other characters, but they have the same issue.

    Same here did all 4 quests but the play time is stuck at 0.

    Edit-fixed after entering cash shop

    i had playtime 60 min noted as soon as i got my second rune

    it is stuck there at 60 min and can not get second reward

    I am experiencing the same issue. I've been online for 2 hours now and today's play time is still stuck at 00:00:00. The "until next reward" timer is not running at all even though I've completed all four daily missions, so I don't have any way to claim boxes. Ugh.

    I think he means that 'Today's Play Time' isn't counting the time he's been on, so he can't claim the box at all. I'm having the same issue as well.

    Welp now I can't claim the 2nd box. How is it this bugged when the one before wasn't?
