Unable to Open Support Page
Hello,
I'm unable to open the support page to view any tickets as of this morning. I have tried on multiple devices / accounts / browsers, and it has happened on each one. Attempting to open the support page redirects me to the main landing page (nexon.com).

Details:
On the above mentioned date my character's hair changed automatically. So I tried to submit a ticket as I have seen in some other similar post and used the link http://support-maplestory.nexon.net. But there I faced my second problem: whenever I click on the "SUBMIT A REQUEST" it probably attempts to sign me in and moves me to https://www.nexon.com/main/en, where my account is already signed in. From there if I navigate to http://support-maplestory.nexon.net it still does not save my logged in status and repeats the same process mentioned.
Any kind of help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
I was about to post the same thing, good thing you posted when you did.
I'm having the same issue trying to sumbit a ticket and being ping-ponged back and fourth between the sites and the whole hairstyle and face being changed for no reason.
This is a known issue, Nexon is working on resolving this.
