The option to reset PIC through the account settings online returns "You do not have a game character or password has not been set up on this account." I'm also currently not able to open a support ticket as well. Resetting PIC online is not viable for some people.
I got the same message a few times. In my case I needed to click change PIC a few times for it to work, but as mentioned before, I don't think it's worth a bother, since you'll have to change it again when trying to change character.
This has absolutely nothing to do with this thread. But it's a mace because it's part of a set of similar, but different, weapons that essentially serve very little purpose outside of fusion anvils. There are other weapons just like this, such as chaos potions and whatever the one with angel-like wings was called.
Also for your consideration is the guitar weapon that's classed as a two-handed sword.
