Lach prequest bug

Bug Type: Quest I guess

Brief Bug Summary: I was doing Lach preqs on my Kanna and during the quest that happens after killing 100 red dancing shoes where you're teleported to a separate map with weakened dreamkeepers, I killed the dreamkeepers and the music box but it won't teleport me back to the ballroom and I can't complete the quest and move on.

Steps to Reproduce: Do Lachelein Prequests and try to progress past this point.

Character name: Leuryst

Character level: 220

Character job: Kanna

World name: Zenith

Date and time: February 24, 9:42pm EST (6:42pm PST)

    I also have a support ticket open for this issue and a similar issue when doing the "We need squishy" quest in the scrapyard. Opened the ticket on 02/21 and still waiting for a resolution. At first I thought it was a problem with my PC until I tried the same quests using my laptop.
