Can't log in to server

I was playing Evan in Reboot server, about to level up to 150. I logged out and wait for the complete maintenance. But when I log back in, this message shows up. I need help

    If you are in Europe, Brazil, or Vietnam, it's because Nexon re-applied the IP block keeping you out of GMS.

    That's stupid. EU is dead for a long time. Migration is delayed. No place to play now :( I guess they want us to play on private servers...

    If they were banning my country, why they let me play in the last patch, now they are banning me again? This is the worst experience I ever have.
    I really really love Maple and I don't want to play on private servers. Maple in my country are dead for a really long time, since 2008. And now 8 years later, I still can't play this!?
    This is very disappointed.

    whenever i selected a world and a channel, this box pops out "are you ready to exit" and i'm not allowed to click cancel. the only thing i can click is exit!!! why isn't it letting me play??
