After I updated the game today. I keep getting “the account has not been verified” and i checked my email, there is nothing there. I restarted the game 5 times yet it’s still happening. I just played the game yesterday. Don’t know what’s the problem.

    It has done me the same way, except I was able to log on , to play one char then when I tried to log off that char and relog another it won't let me log in, its super frustrating and no one seems to be addressing the issue ;( I logged a ticket but that doesn't help not being about to get quest done / event quest too.. Oh and theres nothing in my email but a notice from Nexon about receiving my ticket.

    Me too. I had thought it was because I started to use a VPN, so looked like I am logging in from a new country. but probably not if you also have that problem.

    Guess that maintenance will be there soon, nobody on Luna seems able to log in as of today, so only those who were logged in from yesterday can enjoy the game
