Hello!

We are aware that several players are receiving "This account has not been verified" error message at the world selection screen.
Please note that this message can occur on Nexon accounts that are already verified and does not necessarily indicate a problem with the account.

If you are unable to proceed after the world selection screen, please follow the steps listed in this link below:

    I don't think the issue is account based. Yesterday i could log in to EU Luna/Reboot whereas today I can't on either of my accounts. Whereas I can log in to NA.

    no one gets in EU today, the only People there are the ones who stayed logged in from yesterday

    Oh, so it seems like it's rather a EU login problem ...Yea we can login fine on NA servers but on EU servers we get the account verification error, please do something.

    And again log in porbs wtf are they doing over there???? Every time there are probs with this game. Can`t log in at all !!!!!!!

    More than 10 hrs have passed since people can't log in EU servers, still not a single post about a fixing :(

    Still can`t log in really better repair the game instead off planning a get together.
