Cant login on my new burning char.

I went to Momjijgoaka and now I cant enter that char anymore. Only see Npc ID: 9130074 and then the game stops anwsering. what do i do?
Character name: DamSheIsHot

Character level:43

Character job:blaster

World name:reboot(eu)

    Didnt do anything with turning of the computer or reinstalling the game helpt. I cant login in on any char for when it connects npc id comes up again even if I dont try to login to that char.

    Contact support and ask to get unstuck to henesys (fixed the issue for me), there is a broken npc in Momjijgoaka that instantly crash you

    Hey! I have the exact problem and I have contacted support about it, but I'm wondering on how long it will take? Are they pretty fast or will I be waiting for a long time?
