Help Me with my Defense

Hello, I main thunder breaker/striker and I was at Henesys ruins and I TAKE TOO MUCH DAMAGE from the monsters, I burn the character but how can I fix this. PLease Help! I am also level 172 by the way

    Enhance your equipment to add more defense and/or more HP. The only other thing you can really do is get Kaiser's link skill and change your potions to recover more HP.

    Other than these sorts of things there aren't many other options.

    Unfortunately TB has a low health pool and relatively meh Defense, starring and scrolls will help to some extent, alongside link skills. I believe the Zero link skill gives damage reduction, as well (Reboot player so I can't check atm) You can also pool your legion into things like HP.
