Nexon Launcher not working

Double clicked Nexon Launcher, never popped up but task manager says it was open. Uninstalled it, then reinstalled it...not fixed. Any ideas and/or suggestions?

    not sure what happened, but i got into the game using the game launcher in the maplestory folder, and not too long after, nexon launcher popped up. Go fig i guess.

    Ok so nexon launcher took around ten minutes to pop up, entered my info then enter,......nothing.
