Need Fix!! Nexon Game Security

Sometime I log in to play and after that I log out and then the nexon game security won't disappearing its look like frozen and it won't off. I keep restarting my laptop and I hate that. :( I don't know how to do?

    look in task manager and end it manually. However you should first try to exit the nexon launcher by right clicking it and press "exit".
